Just took this Sammy in trade-in as partial deal for a Race Car. This Sammy was used very regularly by prior owner & his buddies to go camping, mudding etc.... (I don't know much about that, not my thing). The following has been done to it: Completely rebuilt engine less than 500 miles ago. (He is a certified mechanic). Block sent to machine shop, align bored,, new pistons, all new internals. Head completely redone. No expense was spared (he had no plans on selling it ). Transfer case completely rebuilt. Chrome moly front axles, I think he said 26 & 33 spline. New Clutch kit. I'm not going to write a big story about the Samurai, all I can tell you is that this one is in great condition mechanically. Needs NOTHING! No leaks anywhere. No overheating. No mechanical issues at all. New Battery. Come in & drive it home, anywhere you live. Everything works as it should. . Front bumper is very expensive aftermarket. It had a winch & was stolen. It's a steel bumper & welded to chassis for strength. This bumper is made to handle an 8k lb. winch. The doors are removable & rear view mirror stays in place. Windshield has chips on it. Ram air for deep water driving. Samurai is registered, inspected & insured in TX, but I will keep the plates upon sale. If you live out of state & want to drive it home, you must bring temp tag from your state. TX temp tag available from DMV. That is sole responsibility of buyer. I have used www.dependableautoshippers.com and recommend them. I can drive it to the Dallas terminal free of charge. Payment must be arranged between buyer & transporter, I will not have anything to do with monies other than payment of Samurai. I am located in Fort Worth TX. Certified funds OK by mail, but I will not release the vehicle until I have verified the check with the financial institution. Must receive payment in full within 7 days of end of auction. IT'S OLD, NO A/C, NO POWER ANYTHING, IT'S NOISY, UNCONFORTABLE & STIFF, BUT IT'S AN AWESOME 4X4 THAT WILL CLIMB ANY HILL & GET OUT OF ANY MUD PIT. LOL! WHAT I MEAN IS, PLEASE DON'T START ASKING UNREALISTIC QUESTIONS, I WILL IGNORE THEM.
