This 1970 Chevelle SS is in original condition, with all original parts still in place. It has the original cast Iron exhaust manifolds, which is very rare, because most have been replaced with Headers. Factory Air Conditioning, and it blows Cold! Power Steering, Power Front Disc Brakes, SS Instrument Panel, Cowl Hood, SS Appearance Package, Black Vinyl Top in excellent Condition, Radio is not original, but works. Interior in overall Good condition, All original Seat belts in place. Factory 14" Rally Wheels and Spare. Dome light works, glove box light works, all exterior lighting works well. Car drives smooth and tight, like it should, Underneath, car has not been cleaned, still shows dirt and grease in normal areas, has been repainted in the original color at some point. Built in Atlanta, and owned in Georgia it's whole life. No rust in floor boards anywhere. The only noticeable rust, is a small area behind the left rear tire at bottom of fender, and a small place below back window. see Pics. Matching Number 396-350 hp Engine, block stamp shows T0220CTX, which is correct for a 350 HP 4-speed combo. This SS Chevelle is an excellent Driver Quality car. Shows very well. It is being sold in an un restored condition. Very respectable paint finish. All glass in great shape. Some interior pieces may have been replaced at some point, because it looks really good. Mainly the seat covers and headliner. Door panels appear to be original. The doors, hood and trunk all open and close properly. All wiring is original and has not been tampered with. Even the safety switch on the clutch pedal still works to disable starting unless the clutch is pushed in. I have not taken the car apart, so I do not have a build sheet, nor can I say that it has or does not have one. See one of the pictures for the Block/engine code. This Chevelle SS runs strong, engine and transmission operate as they should. It has a "factory" sounding exhaust. It drives like I remember them driving when new! Smooth and tight. It will be sold with a Georgia Bill of Sale. The State of Georgia does not issue Titles on a car this old. I do have a copy of the Original "New" Georgia Title upon request.
