Excellent opportunity to build your dream car by restoring this convertible without spending a lot . Only a few ghia convertibles on Ebay lately and they are not cheap!. '73 Ghia convertible, last year manufactured! It will need restoration but it is well worth the effort, Needs some sheet metal replaced that is readily available at a VW parts store or you can use a a cheap donor coupe. Very salvageable with some minor metal work or replacements (fairly cheap).The doors open & close nicely, windshield and door glass are all there as well. The bumpers are there but the front bumper is not the car's, DOESN’T HAVE A MOTOR but comes with the transmission.No gas tank.4 speed Ghia,12 volt, IRS axles, all gauges there as well as the top that needs replacing. Front grills, rear deck and front deck are ok, rocker panels and the lower part of the doors and floorboard need repair/replacing. Has both front seats but no back seat, keys are on the switch, and has never been hit in the front. It has been sitting for a while with the top down but it is easily restorable, if not at least for great car parts to restore your dream ride.
