1970 Chevrolet El Camino

We have owned this El Camino for 3 years. We used it as a daily driver and fixed things as time allowed. But now we have decided to sell it since we have to make payments on another car. The engine is a GM Goodwrench 350 that came with the car. The engine runs well and has a new Edelbrock 650 carb and air cleaner. A new alternator, new battery and new Champion 3-row radiator were added. We also installed a new wiper motor and fan shroud. The exhaust has Flowmaster mufflers. The car has 4 wheel drums now but a pair of disc brake spindles is included. The interior has a bench seat from a 67 Chevelle, shoulder belts, middle lap belt, new carpet and mats. The wipers, lights, and gauges all work. A tach was installed in the factory clock location.The cigarette lighter was removed and new Autometer gauges installed in the dash. A Kenwood stereo with CD, USB and Aux input along with Kicker and Rockford Fosgate speakers were added. The horns work but are not wired to the horn button as we were going to replace the steering wheel. The exterior has been painted flat black to give it that "Rat Rod" look. The original color was gold. The floor pans and smugglers box have been patched, but there is still some rust in the doors and fenders. Included is a rust free passenger door and fender but they have not been installed. Rust-free inner fenders are also included to replace the plastic ones. The new fender and inner fenders have been stripped and primed with an epoxy primer. New hinges are included but have not been installed either. The original trim for the back glass and bed is there. Most of the stainless is in good shape but the pot metal pieces are pitted and should be replaced or re-chromed. The Rally Wheels, trim rings and caps are in good shape. The tires are 215/70R15 (front) and 235/70R15 (rear) and have good tread.
