1983 Cadillac Seville Elegante. Here is a real find, an original super-low mileage, California, garage kept Cadillac Seville Elegante. This 12,5xx mile Cadillac was recently donated to a charity. The car shows its' original mileage in many ways, the interior is almost like new, buttons, ashtray, original owners manual look untouched. Under the hood you can still see some assembly line wax marks and paint stamps on parts (see pics), also the original catalytic converter still looks like new. The leather, carpets, dash, and door panels are in fabulous condition. The car starts and sounds great, it shifts and rides smooth like it should, electricals all work, the air conditioning works, we recently had the Cadillac smogged. The original build sheet is in the car. This car was ordered with factory genuine wire wheels and it still has it's original Goodyear poly white wall tires that were on it when sold new! The car is totally rust free, the paint looks great (factory 'hand painted' pinstriping is like new); but you can see some places on top (not immeadiatley noticeable), due to age, where the clear-coat is beginning to cloud. Under the factory moulding, on one side, the factory glue that holds the trim has seeped into the paint up against the trim (only noticeable if you are looking very very close). The chrome, rubber weather striping and glass is in great condition. When we were polishing the car, we accidentally damaged the small plastic bumper filler as can be seen in the pictures (they typically get brittle), I have ordered a new one and will have it painted to match. This car brings smiles to all my car guy friends who were around in the eighties, it's a real nostalgic takeback to America in the 80s :-) Clear California title. California buyers and all in state sales are subject to sales tax, lic., doc. & smog fees. In California, all vehicles over ten years old are sold miles 'exempt', we do feel very confident that the mileage on this car is genuine/actual.
