This car has EVERY SINGLE OPTION that was available in 1993 including the CD Player and EVERYTHING WORKS!!! There is not one option or feature on this car that doesn't work!!! The SHO was built by Ford to compete with the BMW's and Mercedes Benz Sport Sedans in luxury, performance and handling and in 1993 the SHO won in all categories!!! The engine is the Potent 3.2 liter 24 valve Yamaha V6 with the specially designed for SHO only, 4 speed overdrive automatic transmission. On the trans pan it is stamped with AXD SHO! This is a much heavier duty trans than the standard Taurus trans as it has to be able to handle the 220 HP and 215 ft lbs of Torque that is produced by this very special engine. These engines are known to last nearly forever as long as they are serviced regularly. I drove an 89 SHO for over 350k miles on its original engine and transmission without any problems at all. In fact I still have that car and if you don't believe me you can hear it run for yourself. This car RUNS and DRIVE and LOOKS LIKE A NEW CAR!!! With only 68,000 miles on it, it practically is!! Why that's an average of just over 3,00 miles per year since new. As you can see in the pics it is very straight and very clean! Just look at the Smooth Clean Lines and the Beautiful Deep Rich Color!! This car comes with a BRAND NEW PAINT JOB that was just done in mid August 2015. Also brand new to this car is the headliner, A/C Condenser and drivers side front CV/Axle unit. This was changed only because the boot on the inner CV joint was torn and leaking grease out. The car drove fine and didn't make any noise but the only right way to fix that boot was to replace the entire unit. This car is nearly as clean on the bottom side as it is on the top side. There is NO RUST on the bottom at all. All floor pans are like new as is the trunk pan. This car NEVER HAD ANY RUST ON IT AT ALL!!! The only reason for repainting the car is because the clear coat had begun to fade and flake off in a few places and the cost difference to fix the faded areas versus repainting the entire car was negligible. Not to mention that with a total repaint there is no chance of paint mismatch. THIS CAR HAS NEVER BEEN SMOKED IN!!! EVER!!! The interior is just as nice as the outside and hardly show any wear. There are no tears, rips or worn spots anywhere in this car. This car comes with power windows, power door locks, power seats, all leather seats, Cold A/C, Hot Heat, Factory AM/FM/CD JBL Sound System, Tilt Column, Automatic Headlights, Cruise Control, Climate Control, Dual Airbags, Sliding Glass Moon Roof, Inside trunk Release, Inside Fuel Door Release, Keypad Entry, Key Fob Entry, Anti-Theft Security System, ABS, Fog Lights, Cornering Lights, 16x7 Alloy Wheels and probably a few other things I've forgotten!! The tires have about 50% tread left. The brakes are nearly new!! If purchased by a Virginia Resident I will provide a brand new Virginia State Safety Inspection Sticker with proper documentation. As I stated before, This car runs and drives like a new car, Everything Works and It meets all Virginia Safety requirements!!
