Introduced in 2003, the Dodge SRT-4 is arguably the highest-performance FWD car ever produced. In showroom-stock form, its 2.4L turbocharged engine was capable of producing 0-60MPH in less than 5.3 seconds, a top speed of 155 MPH, and 12.9 second ¼ mile times at 105+ MPH. It set the land speed record for the FWD production class at 221 MPH in 2006 – a record that stands today. It was dominant within the professional road and drag racing circuits – and in many cases vs. big-dollar and purpose-built race machines (check out ‘Doug Wind Racing’). 2005 was the last and best year for the model – incorporating such features as a higher performance factory tune, and a Quaife torque-sensing limited slip differential. This is one of the cleanest & lowest mileage SRT-4s remaining on the road today. I am the 2nd old-guy owner of this car – purchasing it from the first owner in 2007 with ~ 9,000 miles. It has always been garage kept, has never been driven in salt, and never intentionally in rain/weather. Mobil 1 full-synthetic oil has been changed twice a season whether it needed it or not. It has spent its winters on jack stands. I just had the bumper-cover re-painted to correct chips from road debris. The interior is perfect. It has always been smoke-free. Everything works. The tires are fresh. Even the batteries in the key-fobs are new. I have tastefully & professionally improved all areas of performance.
