LOW RESERVE!!!!... 77,678 actual miles on the odometer! Up for bid is a '65 Mustang Coupe that I got from a friend's Aunt out of a barn in Tennessee over a year ago where it had been stored for years!! I was told 1981... It will need restoration but is well worth the effort, the front frame rails, shock towers, and radiator support are all in great condition!! The rear frame rails, floor pans, trunk lid, Qtr panels & hood will need to be replaced and are readily available at NPD or similar restoration stores, the rest in my opinion is very salvageable with some minor metal work or replacements (fairly cheap).The doors open & close nicely, all glass is in great shape, the bumpers are here but need to be rechromed/replaced along with bumper mounts. It has a later model 302 in it which does run well but the gas tank has already been taken out to be replaced as well (Fired right up with battery & gas in carb!) It also needs the brakes gone through and a master cylinder. The seats are original and in very good condition for the year of the car. Salvageable parts alone are worth twice the reserve! CLEAR TITLE.As stated it needs restoration but since the front frame rails and shock mounts etc. are in good shape the only welding will be the floor pans, rear frame rails & Qtrs. All the rest just bolts on. It comes with 3 rally rims that are in really good shape but will obviously need tires and a 4th rim to match if you want to go that route!! Low reserve so bid to win!!
