Here we have an original 1970 challenger 225 slant six project car. This car is an interesting find considering the options this vehicle came with from the factory. The car was delivered to the dealer in rallye red paint. The color was set off with an extensive trim package that intesified every angle. Interior although red now, was originally black with bucket seats. Powered by 225 slant six and driven by a 3 speed maual trans. Some of the comfort and covieniece feature includes factory a/c and power steering, all there. This car is obviously in need of body work as you can see from the picture. The front fenders, doors, hood and deck lid are exceptionally solid considering the rear of the car. I do have a right rear qtr, trunk pan and filler panel that will be sent with the car. Still needs floor pans, trunk gutters, rear floor pans and cowl and rocker repair. Almost all the exterior trim is there, some pieces are damaged like the right rear qtr piece that wraps around the deckled but most are in good shape. Unable to post pictures of the interior due to picture limit but it does have bucket seats and rear seats, all needing new upholstry. Also have all four door panel but not in the greatest shape. The guages are there weather or not they work is unknown. To sum up the interior it needs a complete overhaul just like the exterior. The car is not running and I am not really sure if the motor is any good. My original plan was to return it back to factory but I have been dealt new goals. The future of this car is more than likely a v8 swap wich I feel would be shame. This car's hidden rarity is the fact that it is still a slant six 3spd having avoided molestations.
