Up for sale is my baby. I have owned and loved this Fox body Stang for the last three years. She has been garage kept since I've had her and she was part of a collection before she came to me. I tracked down the original pony wheels for her, however she had the alternative aluminum wheels on when I bought her... BUYER GETS BOTH SETS OF WHEELS WITH RUBBER! She has 62000 original miles and is clean inside and out. I had everything redone except for the upholstery which was next on my agenda. WAS being the keyword! My wife and I are buying a new house and alas there is no room for "The Strawberry Roan". My loss is your gain. Good luck finding one with less milage, a better interior, and as mechanically sound. She is a tank. Since she is twenty-five, she has a couple of problems. 1. Her rubber leaks in two places in the carwash, one right in the center of the windshield, and one to the rear of the passenger door. (This is only in the carwash, I've never known either to leak in the rain.) 2. She has some rust zits on the rear driver side wheel well. I just noticed these yesterday. That's it, there is a Metallica CD in the radio. Imagine the deep rumble of Strawberry's engine as James Hetfield screams out Unforgiven and you glide down the interstate in one of the most absolutely coolest cars of all time. I'm asking $8,000, but no reasonable offer will be refused. This would be a great starter car for a responsible kid or a nice start to doing cruise-ins and car shows. I'm moving and this really must go.
