For auction is a 1965 Volvo 1800 S coupe with manual transmission. VIN # 12774 same as the chassis number. I bought this car as a driver, but I am listing this as a restoration since it needs work to be a driver. This is a very nice example of this popular car and would be excellent for restoration. Please view all photos, I was able to list 24 pics. The body is rust free, very solid with straight sides. paint is fairly recent but not top quality. Undercarriage is in excellent condition with no rust to floor panels. The engine starts easily and runs well. Weber carburetor needs to be adjusted. Interior was also done fairly recently but needs better fastening and arm rests. Dash pads are not cracked and in fine condition. Headliner and visors new. Brakes work fine and four speeds shift well, overdrive switch is not connected so I don't know if overdrive unit works. Chrome is in fair condition with dings, scuffs and wear. Headlights, speedometer and fuel gauges work, while tachometer, heater, horn need work, no washer assembly... signals may need to be rewired. Wheels and tires are in good shape. Originally a California car, and will come with a California title dated 2013- 2014. Odometer reads 66435 FYI Extra parts and repair manual are included.
