Salvage

1999 Suzuki DR650 Dualsport motorcycle. Needs nothing . Ready to ride. My friends and I have owned this bike since it was new. We have traded it back and forth several times. I've bought some other toys, none of my friends need it, so it's going up for sale for the first time since it was brand new. I put a 2005 model gas tank on it because I liked the blue color better than the original. I do not have the original. Spring of 2015 I put a new battery, new MSR handlebars, new front Dunlop 606, new fork boots and Twin-air new air filter. The rear tire is a Dunlop 606 and has less than 2000 miles on it. Engine has never been opened up. Chain and sprockets are still in good shape. It has a salvage title. It and the trailer it was sitting on was stolen when it was almost new. The insurance company paid off and then the police recovered it still sitting on the trailer. My friend, the victim of the theft, bought it back from the insurance company. It has a salvage title for that reason. Starts easy, runs great. Has been a solid reliable bike. It has been to Moab twice for 1000+ mile epic rides, Cross-Florida Adventure rides and various ADV rides throughout the midwest. It does have normal wear and scratches for a 16 year old off-road motorcycle. No serious crashes. No serious damage. Everything works like it should. Buyer will not be disappointed. If you don;t like it upon inspection, you can walk away and I will return your deposit. Would really rather not ship. Prefer pick up in person.
