In 2012, I purchased the truck from the original owner that had the restoration completed. I had the NV4500 transmission installed by a professional shop. Truck can now do 75MPH all day long. Stops great with the front disc brakes. Tuffy center console and speaker storage boxes installed. Pioneer head-unit and Infinity 6x9s installed with Rockford amp. Truck has been in garage for most of its life after the restoration. ***Full Disclosure***Slight surface rust in the holes where the spare tire carrier was installed. Should be easy to clean.Rear Diff should be resealed soon. Slow leak. Speedo gear stripped and needs to be rebuilt or replaced. This caused the odometer to stop. This was less then 2,000 miles ago. ODO only goes to 99,999 so it isn't a true indicator of the mileage regardless on these FJ40s.
