Vehicle Detail

**Almost** to a full restore on this sporty little 1963 Ford Fairlane Two Door Hardtop Coupe OUR LOSS IS YOUR GAIN!! This project is coming together well, and quickly. White with red side trim. Car has a Thunderbird Ford f.e. 390 big block with approximately 10,000 miles on it. Great engine, used by Nascar in the 60s. Lots of power. Was completely rebuilt about two years ago and it hasn't been driven much at all. The interior is two tone, all red and white vinyl. all brand new.. brand new red molded carpet. New door panels to match, both bench seats have been professionally reupholstered. brand new white headliner. ***All interior must be installed by the buyer*** We did new front and rear window seals.. installed a dual Flowmaster exhaust.. brand new tires and rims, front brakes are new, rear are like new. Trim pieces look great, all painted and restored; complete. We had a machine shop fabricate a beefed up engine cradle for the big block, and they did a great job on it. Engine and trans is in. Newer battery, brand new alternator and solenoid. The throttle and shifter will not be hooked up, so buyer must install these also. Car is being auctioned "As-Is" and buyer should be able to button up the smaller things that are left. Feel free to schedule an appointment to view it. It can start, but not drive yet. It is ALMOST done.. Who ever gets it will have to put a drive shaft in (not included, we suggest you get an adjustable one from a Ford Ranger), shifter, throttle linkage, radiator, water pump. It's a fairly complete car, the bigger things are done, body is great, and it's currently registered non-op with a clean title. Great project for someone to pick up and finish really quickly and enjoy, or flip it. *** Fully restored value is anywhere from $9,800 to $22,000 ***On Jul-24-15 at 10:04:23 PDT, seller added the following information: AMENDMENTS TO DESCRIPTION: 1) Engine is a Big Block Ford f.e. 390 that was removed from a Ford Thunderbird, but is NOT a "Thunderbird Engine" 2) Drive shaft from a ranger may or may not fit this car, it's just what we were going to try because they are easily adjustable. Buyer should decide which drive shaft to purchase and install.
