Wow, what an unbelievable ride! I am selling this absolutely beautiful, one-family owned, 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle with 30,004 actual miles. The owner decided to make it a ground pounding muscle machine. He had the 400 cubic inch motor professionally built with a competition cam, hydraulic lifters and many other performance parts. The 400 turbo transmission and torque converter was built by TCI Performance Transmissions. It has a 4:11 posi-rear end and completely rebuilt front suspension. All of the mechanical upgrades were done just 2,354 miles ago. Unfortunately, the owner was diagnosed with devastating cancer, so he and his family decided it was time to let someone else enjoy and love this car the way he had. This car has been extremely well cared for, garage-kept and babied since purchased new at Bill Becker Chevrolet. It has been painted once a number of years ago in it's original, correct Mist Blue DD paintcode and still has the original Bill Becker Chevrolet sticker. The paint looks great, but it does have some small flaws. The original interior is amazing - with no rips or cracks. The dash, with it's original working radio and carpet, is also in great condition. The bumpers are in excellent condition - they are all original and have never been re-chromed. The Dunlop radial G/T Qualifiers, mounted on the period-correct chrome wheels with baby moon caps, look like new. Inside the car a Tachometer, 2 other gauges and a B&M floor shifter have been added. Everything on the car works as it should. The car drives, sounds, performs, handles, shifts and brakes flawlessly - as it should. The car comes with it's original owner protection plan book and it's Protect-O-Plate original bill of sale showing a 1955 Chevrolet trade-in. It also has original invoice, build sheet and many other important documents It is truly investment grade and ready for the next collector, enthusiast or just classic muscle car lover.
