2001 Ford Focus SE : The body and Interior are in good condition, very cute car, with the exception that it needs a trunk lock (it was missing when I bought the car). Car runs and technically could be driven, fine; however, the car has no title (hence, why I am selling it, far below book value, as a parts car) and has an expired inspection sticker. I purchased the car and lost the title before having it switched into my name. I have tried to contact the person I bought it from but the phone number I have for them is no longer good. I have contacted the WV DMV, to try to obtain a "lost title" or "abandoned vehicle title". I cannot be assigned a lost title because I lost the original before getting it switched into my name; I cannot get an abandoned vehicle title, because I am not a "body shop", "garage" , or "tow company". If you check the vehicle history report, though, you will see that the title is clear of any legal issues. Please, feel free to ask any questions before bidding.
