Vehicle Detail

Lots and lots of work already done. Brand new clutch, new clutch master cylinder, new catalytic converter, new front shocks/struts, new stabilizer bar links & bushings, newer brakes and rotors. The high-dollar stuff has been done. Runs great, zero warning lights. 185k miles. Super strong engine & trans. Oil and fluids always changed on time. Passed emissions recently, all recalls on airbags have been completed. Tires have tread, will go another winter at least. Car has only been in Chicago a few months- ZERO RUST- car lived in Georgia and California and made many cross country trips. Body and interior in great shape. Only blemish on interior is the standard Element driver's seat cracking along side bolster. Rest of interior is just about flawless. Wheels are in perfect shape, no road rash, no staining, no damage. No accidents (AutoCheck report available). Many service records.Priced to sell- need it out of the driveway. CASH ONLY. **Please note it is a 5 speed manual transmission! Please do not call and want to test drive if you cannot drive a manual transmission car!** 2wd + stick = better gas mileage. :) YES, A/C is ICE COLD! :) Thanks for reading! CAR IS SOLD AS-IS. I HAVE DISCLOSED WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THE CONDITION. I HAVE ONLY PUT A FEW MILES ON IT IN TOWN. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW IT IS ON LONG TRIPS, AT HIGH SPEEDS, ETC. JUST WANT TO BE HONEST- IT DRIVES STRAIGHT, STOPS, RUNS WELL. FRONT SUSPENSION WAS REPLACED; REAR MAY BE DUE SHORTLY. ONLY THING I HAVE NOTICED IS A LITTLE NOISE OVER BUMPS IN THE BACK, CONSISTENT WITH STABILIZER BAR LINKS, WHICH HONDAS ARE NOTORIOUS FOR. THIS IS A VERY CHEAP FIX. VERY CLEAN, RUST-FREE ELEMENT FOR THE MONEY. I PRICED IT LOW BECAUSE WE NEED IT GONE ASAP. CAR IS LISTED FOR SALE LOCALLY AND I THEREFORE MAY CANCEL THIS LISTING AT ANY TIME. IF YOU WANT IT, BEST TO BUY IT NOW. On Jul-13-15 at 07:58:55 PDT, seller added the following information: Oil pressure sending unit was replaced because it was leaking. The area was not cleaned after the repair, so it is not possible to tell for 100% certain whether that was the only leak or not. It was a big leak and had to be replaced. I have older mechanical checklists from other shops saying the valve gaskets are seeping and should be replaced but I don't know if that was done or not. It would be approximately $75-$115 (national average) to do this repair if they are in fact leaking/seeping. There is no oil on the ground, nor any oil smell while driving or when hot. I will include all receipts with the car including all recommended repairs that previous owner declined in the interest of full disclosure. I just haven't had it or driven it long enough to know much about it. On Jul-15-15 at 07:23:04 PDT, seller added the following information: As this car is new to me, I was looking at the car this morning and noticed the rear bumper cover, the insert piece that just snaps into the back, DOES have some rub marks on it that do not seem to show up in the photos. There are no dents or anything major, but if you're standing right next to it and looking at it level, not down on it, there are some light scuffs. To be fair, I have not seen any Elements without these same scuffs (I think that's just the nature of the material used) but I did want to mention them since I stated there is no damage on the plastic. I meant the major body plastic, not so much the bumper cover. Additionally, to clarify, I have service records from the previous owner only. I DO NOT have service records from it's entire life...so when I say oil was changed on time, etc. I mean so far as I am aware from last owner. I have had several questions and a lot of interest. I want the buyer to be happy and have it be what they were expecting. It is in good shape- but it is still a 12 year old car with 185,000 miles on it, and I am not able to say that I have owned it since new, so just trying to cover all the bases. I have perfect feedback and would like to keep it that way :)
