1965 Ford Mustang Fastback. Complete restoration. Rebuilt 289 cu. in. with less than 500 miles. I originally took this car to a body shop that had been recommended to me. They replaced the quarter panel and then set the vehicle aside while they did a lot of insurance work. After waiting a couple of months for them to get back to my car, I picked up the car and took it to a local restoration shop which completed the rest of the body work, restoration and paint job. After the car had been painted and driven around for awhile, the flaw showed itself. The restoration shop has given me a rough estimate of $1,000.00 to 1,200.00 to repair the flaw, so keep that in mind if you bid on this car. I have a 3:55 gear and pinion set that I originally had installed in this car, but I thought it was a little too low for the weight of the car. I will include that along with the car.
