If you are looking at this ad then you probably already know how special E46 M3s are with their 333 HP and amazing handling.The exterior of the car is not perfect and does have a few flaws. Passenger side rear panel has a few dings/dents as you can see from the pictures. Any dent removal service could pop them out no problem. The front bumper is missing a clip on the passenger side so it sags a little bit. The car also has a few scratches. 3 of the 4 wheels have a considerable amount of curb rash, especially on the passenger side. They are the premium 19'' wheels. Convertible soft top is in excellent condition with absolutely no rips or stains. HOWEVER, the top does not go down automatically. It is either the flap motor or the hydraulic pump, but I have found each of those parts on eBay for less than $500 it's a fairly easy fix. I have put it down manually before.The interior is in much better shape. The leather sport seats with extra side bolstering are in great shape with only average wear on the leather. No cracks. All the interior buttons work. I just installed a new OEM radio with iPhone/iPod integration. Xenon headlights. Power windows, mirrors, and seats all work. Interior trim is a silver carbon fiber and looks brand new! Very clean interior. The engine runs great and the SMG transmission has never given me any problems. I recently got a brand NEW battery straight from BMW which was about $350 and I still have the receipt.This car has a very clean history as you can see from the AutoCheck history report pictures that I included. Only 2 owners which is very rare for these E46 M3s. The car has lived in Florida for most of its life which is ideal weather for a car like this. Absolutely NO rust. I have never driven it in snow. The car also has a very high AutoCheck score of 85 which is outside of the given range. The car was in a small "fender bender" back in 2008.
