I purchased this Van on ebay a few years ago from a private seller in southern California, who said he used it for his extended family, ie no commercial use. I did the same in Arizona. It has never touched snow, ice or salt. I have a summer home in Michigan, where it is currently located. I now use it less than a few hundred miles a year, which considering licencing and insurance costs, is not worth keeping. I recently lost a hubcap, but will try to replace it prior to sale. Van has been babied-no dents, scratches or rips. Lots of rubber left on tires. Running boards. 35 gallon gas tank. 9100 GVW. 50 state emissions. Air Cond Front/Rear. Quick release cloth bench seats. Excellent condition in and out.
