It's a rescue that we saved from the crusher. The car had a dirty Idle Air Control sensor and the owner didn't like American cars. Well we love Cadillacs here and let it be known that the Northstar is the best V8 ever put into a sedan, especially after we turn it into a SuperStar! We installed the SuperStar Stud System to forever put the notorious head gasket issues to sleep.This installation includes new head gaskets and a complete upper end head set! Even though this engine showed no signs of head gasket failure, but we knew it was coming. Then we completely resealed the engine by doing a lower crankcase reseal, oil pan manifold reseal, oil pan reseal, installed a new rear main seal, and a front crank seal/timing cover seal. This is a job that we do everyday and the dealers charge $7500 - $10,000. Most mechanics are afraid to open this engine up! I have personally performed this repair over 100 times and I know a diamond when I drive one. And this car my friend is a DIAMOND! I love Cadillacs and I am not only passionate when I sell one I am unbelievably confident!
