1950 Plymouth Deluxe. I bought this a few weeks ago then I found the car I really wanted to restore on eBay. I can't afford to restore them both. I started on this one with the hood and ordering parts and replacing wires and ripping out the old rotten floor mats, headliner and insulation. Probably asbestos I ripped out. I will prolly die of cancer. So I've done the dirty work. The car is missing the gas tank and radiator. Gas tank filler neck I is in trunk. I poured gas into the carb and it started and ran for a few seconds. I bought a new voltage regulator, horn relay, plug wires and some other parts but have not installed them yet. There is a new speedometer cable in the trunk. I sanded the hood to bare metal, primed and painted flat black (I was gonna go with the Death Mobile motif ala Animal House). I bought the repair manual for the car - it had everything you need to know about this car. There is a radiator in the trunk that came with the car but I don't think it is the right radiator. The body is sound with vert little rust thrus. The floor pans need replacing. All doors and window operate smoothly. I was told car has new brakes but they need bleeding. I have the original bill of sale from 1950 and original owners manual. Good project for restore or rat rod.
