It has the 5.3 V8 and we just did the driver side lifters I was told the passenger side was previously replaced and the truck runs great. The ac is Ice cold. The tire monitor system light is on and needs to be reset. The tires all have passable tread. The stereo only plays out of one speaker so you might want to upgrade it.
