Great opportunity to own a top of the line, very low mileage, rare Euro R107 SL500 with the desirable low-profile bumpers. I bought this single-owner car last year but a relocation is reluctantly forcing me to sell. The car was originally purchased in Spain before relocation to the US then the UK and then back to the US. During these travels it has always been garaged. I have all the service and shipping/import records including a record of the mileage. This car is nautical blue metallic (color 929) with gray leather upholstery (color 276). Fully appointed with air conditioning, cruise control, ABS brakes, fire extinguisher and a driver side airbag, original Becker stereo system with an added Sirius satellite receiver. Upon import, the car was also fitted with a catalytic converter. The car has it's color-matched hardtop and a useful frame and cover for storage. The soft top is blue and in good condition with three original keys for installation. The car is a beautiful drive with no visible smoke on ignition and no unusual driving noise. Suspension is sound. Recent service work includes radiator repair, A/C unit service, replacement of front bearings, battery and electrical service and a new fan shroud. Interior in excellent condition. Only interior defects are a very slight crack of the front dash next to the air vent (<1/8th inch) and a light stain on the ceiling of the hard top (which I've not tried to remove). Exterior paint is in good condition apart from one minor dent on the hard top, one very fine scratch behind the passenger side door, a scuff mark on the drivers side door and a second small scratch below the trim on the door and scratch marks from the hard top at the rear two corners, behind the convertible top cover. The chrome trim on the passenger side window also has a series of small scratches. Where possible, I've tried to take pictures of these. None are too distracting and could be repaired. All wheel rims, including the spare are in excellent shape with no visible dents or scratches. The car has absolutely no rust. If you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a line.
