Never thought I would own it, but had the opportunity to buy it two years ago. She has been kept in my garage every night, and never taken out if there was a dark cloud in the sky. I have an R1 which I ride to work / 90% of the time. This S1000RR is in near perfect condition, gets stared at everywhere it goes, and looks practically new other than tires (needs new rear in next 1k miles and an oil change). Never dropped. I simply don't ride the BMW enough - and bought a plane a few months ago so want to get rid of a toy. This motor is the smoothest motor I have ever seen, and I questioned the HP rating until I gave the throttle a twist. It is unreal. Absolutely unreal. Putts around at 2-3k without a hiccup, and springs to life the second you give it throttle. The reviews do not do it justice until you experience it. Previous owner changed oil 3x in first 1800 miles, was meticulous, and said he never had the front wheel off the ground. He bought it to ride with his brother but his brother never bought a bike - I bought it with 1800 miles. I'm a doctor and took great care of her. I haven't touched a screw on the bike, so it is essentially factory other than mods done by previous owner. Title in hand.
