1988 Ford Bronco II This is a clean original Bronco II ,2wd, 2.9 liter V6, Automatic, Cold AC, PW, PL, PS, PB. It has 125k miles but well maintained by the same owner for the past 14 years. Much work and parts have been done over recent time. The engine oil has been replaced every 3k miles faithfully. The transmission was serviced every 20k miles. The ac system was recently serviced using R134a with a new compressor, accumulator and hoses. The cooling system was also recently serviced with a new radiator, water pump and hoses. Tune ups were timely, last service was within 10k miles. The distributor was also rebuilt along with a new coil and wire set. Both electric fuel pumps and filter have been replaced within the past month. Many electrical parts are new such as sensors and emissions solenoids. Too many to list over time but no check engine light issues. The brakes and Tires are in great condition. The suspension is tight and greased on normal services. There are absolutely no leaks. The intake gasket, valve cover gaskets and timing gaskets were replaced upon first indication of oil. The interior is remarkable for its age. It has tinted windows, dash mat and has been out of the sun most of its life. The exterior is clean and solid. Over time it has been painted and any rust areas have been addressed. The white paint is original. It has a few signs of normal wear and needs light touch up in a few areas. This is not a rusted rotten truck , this is an original solid SUV with small imperfections throughout. Around the typical area of the roof and rear deck is extremely solid as seen in the pics. The doors close tight. The power windows work but the passengers window is lazy. The power lock solenoids move but need replacing, one new part is with the truck. One other item of mention is the drives side vent glass frame has rust as seen in the pics. This truck has been respectfully adult driven all of its life. For the past year it has not been used as often and has been sitting. Therefore selling it seems to be the best option to keep it exercised. PLEASE NOTE: Recently after sitting it seems to have developed the typical 2.9 Liter valve tappet noise upon startup which diminishes as it warms up. This recently developed even with its timely maintenance. It has been intermittent but we want to be as descriptive and honest . This vehicle is 27 years old and has normal wear and imperfections for its age. I would like to be clear and disclose any imperfections as best as possible so please ask questions and I will get back promptly. The reserve is reasonably set and I am motivated to sell. This vehicle is being sold in as is condition with no warranty.
