Starter issue diagnosed by local mechanic. Replacement starter available online for approximately $85. YouTube video estimates about an hour to remove and replace the starting, including the removal of fairing components to access starter. Dependable bike that can travel any distance. Electric adjustable windscreen, ABS Selling the bike for the estate of a friend who passed away from a heart attack a few months ago. My friend rode the bike regularly and took it on a few long trps where it proved to be dependable. The bike was maintained by a local mechanic. I am not aware of any leaks or issues with the ABS. However, the ABS light blinks because the mechanic installed a strobing brake light. The mechanic stated that this does not affect the operation of the ABS. Simply stated, my friend's widow wants to sell the bike at a reasonable price but basically doesn't want to see it any longer. Memories of her husband on this bike, although good memories, are hard for her to handle. Additionally, I have a full time job and have little time available to invest in the repair of the starter.
