Title Transfer: If applicable, it is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to transfer the title of the item at the nearest Secretary of State office after purchase. The vehicle’s title can be obtained at the time of pick up. Pick Up: Once payment is received, the Purchaser or his/her authorized representative may pick up the item at the Division of Public Works, 1303 North Franklin Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The City may request identification from the person picking up the item. Removal of all auction items is at the risk and expense of the Purchaser. Please note: We do not arrange shipping. Pick up/Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Time Limit: If an item is not picked up within 5 business days after the auction end, the City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to retain the item, to dispose of it as it deems appropriate, to re-list it for auction, block the bidder from future auctions, and any other action as allowed by eBay rules. 403
