Vehicle Detail

I bought this car years ago on eBay, and got a horrible deal. The prior owner tried to do something with the wiring, and fried everything under the hood. Most of the wiring harness, computer, and many of the sensors had to be replaced. Whomever did most of the major customizations to the car did a very good job. It has been lowered, obviously the doors converted to Lambo-style, a custom console with subwoofer, and many other things. I have had the car for around 5 years, and it has been in my warehouse most of that time. I literally have not put 100 miles on it, even after investing over $10,000 in it. It runs OK considering it has 5+ year old gas in it. I recently put it on the road, but the left rear caliper is sticking so I haven't driven it. It is missing the left quarter window, and someone put a hole in the taillight cover. The lens itself isn't broken, but the cover is. The strong arm on the driver's door is dead and will have to be replaced; the door won't stay up by itself currently. It has an MSD 6A ignition box installed, but I am unsure if it is actually hooked up or not. The mounting was done very well, and I can't trace the wires. I believe that it also has a Hypertech chip in it - I know it did when I got it, but can not remember if it was swapped to the new computer or not. When I took it out for a ride, it performed well. I laid into the throttle to the board, and it didn't misfire, hiccup, cough, slip, choke, or do any other negative adjective. I was actually surprised at the pickup, considering it is coming up on 30 years old. The transmission shifted correctly and firmly, with no slip or hesitation. The Fiero sits very low to the ground. You will need to learn how to straddle high spots in the road, or you will scrape frequently. There are large aluminum spacers behind the Motegi Racing 15x8 rims, and (I think) 225/50/15 tires in the rear and 205/50/15 tires in the front. The tires will need to be replaced soon - they are close to the wear bars. It will take a few dollars to make it "really nice," but the hard work has already been done. I don't know a lot about the car, considering the little I've actually driven it. There are a number of add-on gauges in various places in the car, some under the dash that haven't been mounted. Reverse-glow gauge and instrument panels have been installed. The sealed beam factory headlights have been replaced with "angel eyes" units incorporating an HID look Xeon capsule bulb. The stereo is a Pioneer CD deck with a 12-disc changer in the trunk. There is a Volfenhag 1000W amp and 1 (maybe 1.5?) farad cap behind the driver's seat, and an 8" MA Audio sub in the console. I pulled the power to the cap because it kept draining the battery. I have the car listed for sale locally - if it sells, I will end the auction early. Everything I know about this car is listed in the auction. It is being sold AS-IS, with no warranty. I will require a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to be made within 24 hours, and the balance paid in 7 days. As long as those conditions are met, the Fiero can be stored until October. I also have the following Fiero's: 1988 4 cylinder / automatic (had a blown engine, I have a completely rebuilt .060 over 2.5 waiting to go in to it in my warehouse), a 1986 SE with a 1984 body on it V6 / 4-speed, and a 1987(?) parts car with a great running 4 cylinder / 5-speed. All are for sale.
