I have a 1969 Honda Trail 70 silver plate I would like to sell. I found this sitting in a garage of an elderly couple in my neighborhood. They bought it brand new in 1969 at a local motorcycle shop and it has never left the city. They also told me it was filmed in Bruce Brown's motorcycle movie when it was shot in San Clemente but who really knows. It sat untitled for over twenty years in their garage until I got it. I rebuilt the carb, put new tires/tubes, spark plug, air filter, and brake levers. It is running really good right now, it starts without the choke lever and will idle nicely when it is warmed up. It gets up to 35 mph for me but I weigh 240 lbs, my lighter friends claim 40 mph. It is missing the tool kit and the glass lens in the headlight. I found a pair of metal brake levers that I thought were correct but I have been told that they are supposed to be black plastic.
