Cars2Charities will provide you with all the DMV paperwork that you will need in order to register the vehicle. Cars2Charities will provide all California buyers with either a Smog Certificate at the cost of $60 (paid by the buyer) or a "certificate of non-compliance". Smog test will be done after vehicle is sold and determined that California buyer has purchased the vehicle. Please call after you purchase the vehicle to request the smog test be performed. HERE IS THE INFO ON THE VEHICLE: V8 - 4.4 LITER AUTOMATIC POWER EVERYTHING LEATHER SEATS HEATED SEATS MOONROOF ALLOY WHEELS THE CAR IS IN EXTREMELY NICE CONDITION. THE CAR IS A LOCAL SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA RUST FREE CAR. IT WAS WELL KEPT AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE CAR STARTS UP AND RUNS STRONG. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS WELL. ALL THE POWER EQUIPMENT WORKS EXCEPT FOR 2 ITEMS THAT WE KNOW OF. 1. THE MOONROOF DOES NOT OPEN OR CLOSE2. THE RADIO SCREEN IS A FUZZY BLACK SCREEN, AT TIMES IT TURNS ON AND GIVES SOUND. THE EXTERIOR IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION, VERY FEW SCRATCHES OR CHIPS. THERE IS A CHIP ON THE HOOD (SEE PICTURES) THE INTERIOR IS IN VERY NICE SHAPE THE TIRES ARE AT 80% LEFT ON THEM. THE WHEELS ARE STAGGERED BMW M WHEELS AND THEY ARE IN VERY GOOD SHAPE. THIS IS A NICE INEXPENSIVE BMW WITH LOW MILES. IT HAS PASSED THE CALIFORNIA SMOG TEST, BUYER WILL RECIEVE SMOG CERT WITH TITLE. CA BUYERS WILL RECEIVE SMOG CERTIFICATE DMV fees, registration fees, transfer fees, late penalties and smog fees are the sole responsibility of ther buyer, please go on the DMV website to check current fees. Payment and Fees: Each vehicle will be charged a $150 buyer fee on top of the winning bid. After purchase, a $150 deposit must be paid through Paypal within 24 hours of purchase. The deposit must be made on Paypal even if you are local and will be coming in to pick up the vehicle yourself. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up if you are local. All payments except the deposit will need to be certified funds only. This is: Cash, Cashiers check or money order. Delivery of your purchased vehicle: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of your winning bid. If vehicle is not paid and picked up, a storage fee of $10 per day will be assessed on the purchase. If you are making transport arrangements with Cars 2 Charities, you will not be assessed a storage fee. Please call to make arrangements if you are having difficulty picking up the vehicle. Transport: We offer nationwide transport services to all our buyers and transport to the port for all international buyers. Please call us or email for a quote.
