For sale is this 1966 Buick Special 2 dr. sedan.It has the odd fire v 6 engine and a 2 speed automatic transmission.It runs and shifts and stops as any old original car would be expected and was being driven 60 miles a day up till a year ago or so.I would not consider this car road worthy due to the fact it has been stored for some time. It will need floor and trunk floor repaired or replaced,and has had some filler put in the lower right front fender and the left rear quarter panel.It has been leaking around the front and rear windshield and will need that area repaired also.The front windshield is cracked but all other glass is intact and in good shape.The interior is pretty nice with the seats having no tears,headliner only has a hole on the drivers side,door panels are not to bad with the left rear off for unknown reason,rear window speaker deck has no covering and the sail panels show some warping.Also the front door panels have had speakers put in them.All the parts that are not on the car are in the trunk (sill plate trim,kick panels,front ant rear window trim left rear quarter extension,original spare tire and jack,trunk mat and floor mats with buick logo,dash pad that is cracked,original hubcap (1),as well as the left front hubcap that is not on the car at this time due to a left front flat,but original wheel and the matching hubcap will be on at auctions end, left rear door panel and small container of misc screws and window crank.This is an nice old car that could be easily worked on or restored.The frame is solid with no rust,the engine was to have been rebuilt several years back.It has dual exhaust that goes all the way out the back and was nicely done and is like new. I have a 300 v8 and automatic transmission out of a 66 buick skylark that was in good running condition when removed,and has all the wiring harness as well as power steering pump as,it is complete with all pulleys and carb and exhaust manifolds and is still bolted to tranny,could be swapped in in just a few hours,motor is optional for an extra $250.00,but if buy it now is used it comes with the car at no extra cost if wanted.I have the title clear and will help load if needed,as i said earlier the car drives but i would leave that up to the new owners. .all items sold as is and buyer to pay any shipping costs.
