All emergency and City identification has been removed from the vehicle. Vehicle is being sold in "as is" condition. Vehicle is in overall good condition. Minimal rust (see photos). Pleasant will not add State sales tax to the purchase price. Payment of sales tax is the sole responsibility of the Purchasers. Title Transfer: It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to transfer the title at the nearest Secretary of State office after purchase. The vehicle’s title can be obtained at the time of pick up. Pick Up: Once payment is received, the Purchaser or his/her authorized representative may pick up the item at the Division of Public Works, 1303 North Franklin Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The City may request identification from the person picking up the item. Removal of all auction items is at the risk and expense of the Purchaser. Time Limit: If an item is not picked up within five (5) business days after the auction end date and time, the City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to retain the item, to dispose of it as it deems appropriate, to re-list it for auction, block the bidder from future auctions, and any other action as allowed by eBay rules.
