This is an original 1972 Mercury Cougar XR7 Convertible with A/C. California born and raised with the original Blue Plates. All original 351ci Cleveland V8 and Automatic 3 Speed. ZERO Rust and the body panels are all original. Completely numbers matching from the carburetor to the oil pan. Original interior in great condition from the seats to the door panels and the dash pad. They only made 1900 of these so it is quite uncommon. Starts right up and runs great. $13k invested in this XR7. Top needs a new canvas installed but the top motor works. Clean California title, no accidents, and current registration through 2016 and the original Blue plates. Just took these pictures the other day. Starts right up and runs great.
