2003 Volkswagen passat GLS blue exterior, gray & black interior, black leather seats. Mileage 123222.I have the car since 2007; don't know haw many owners there were before.Due to very limited knowledge, my listing may not give the best description. I will try my best to answer all questions but it is probably the best for a buyer to see the car before bidding.I will just list the things I know for sure:Check engine light is on.Brake light has never came up but the car needs rear brakes & rotors. The mechanic said it would cost $300, or $110 if I buy parts & bring them in. The mechanic suggested not to drive the car until breaks are fixed as it may lock up??? For that reason the car is parked & will not be driven until it is sold.Car shakes when starts, but after it warms up it runs fine. Then, if stay on a traffic light it shakes sometimes but accelerates well.Front driver side window comes down with a push of a button but sometimes does not go up without manual help; so I don't use it.Air conditioner, heat, sunroof & other windows work fine.Car has been in an accident but no body work was ever done to repair it:Damage on the front left bumper but all lights are in working condition.Damage on the driver's side: scratch across front & rear doors and panel. Part of that scratch located on front door I was told could be buffed off??? Rust above front wheel on panel before front door. Dent & rust above rear wheel, please see pics. There are other minor bumps & scratches & I really prefer that buyer sees the car in person as I cannot list all little things here.Don't have resources to fix the car. Thus, sell as is.New battery was put in this winter. New full size spare tire.
