1975 Ford Bronco Extremely Clean Bronco was stripped to bare body including removing windshield and door glass. Walnut shell blasted to bare metal. This was a very clean Bronco to start with, very minor body repair before painting. Tailgate smoothed (removed extra holes from license plate etc. Welded spare tire carrier holes on side panel closed and smoothed. Epoxy primed and painted base clear with bronze metallic. All door handle gaskets and misc hoses and minor rubber parts replaced.. All rubber around windows, doors, tail gate hatch window, windshield etc was replaced. All new chrome trim moldings installed. Interior upholstery and foam replaced. New headliner. New door panels. All side marker lamps and bulbs replaced, new headlights, new front and rear turn signal lens and bulbs. This has been a labor of love but mostly just a labor! I ended up with far more than I anticipated in the Bronco and now need some cash for my daughters wedding. This is much nicer than a “driver” but is not exactly a show car either. There are only a few items that do not work. The horn button is there but no horn, Temp gauge works intermittently. Heater switch is working intermittingly as well. All headlights side marker lights brake lights and turn signals work perfectly. Dash lights work. Windshield wipers work. Starts right up and shifts very smoothly. Power steering works perfectly. 4 wheel drive works perfectly. New door rubber made the doors a little tight. Passenger door requires a little extra effort to close. I was told it takes a bit of time for new door rubber to relax. New billet gas caps Hydraulic hood supports installed. Dual gas tanks Original 302 V8, rebuilt ? miles ago. Does not use oil or smoke, runs excellent. 4 Speed new process 405 transmission Rebuilt when installed BFG 33 x 12.5 tires with American polished racing wheels. Spare has never been on the ground Dual exhaust with turbo mufflers Just added new front disc brakes and new WARN locking hubs James Duff 3.5 inch hoop suspension kit in front with Dual James Duff shocks James Duff 11 leaf pack springs in rear with James Duff Shocks James Duff track bar drop bracket James Duff steering stabilizer Front and rear drive shafts both rebuilt and rebalanced BC Broncos new 3 core radiator and new water pump and flex fan.
