This is a 1983 Lincoln Continental Mark Vl, my girlfriend bought this from a local dealer thinking she was going to cherry it out and drive it but changed her mind when she decided to buy a sports car. The dealer told us it had 48,000 original miles and was a one owner that sat for many years, I do not know for sure but its in nice shape. Starts and runs great. We have only driven it locally. Motor sounds good but I am sure it needs a tuning. Drives nice but definitely needs shocks. Drives smooth though. Transmission seems fine and shifts nice. Cars appears to be virtually rust free. The air conditioning needs charging. It does not blow cold, needs a turn signal lens in front, someone put a power sunroof in it and and it does not leak and works good although the headliner inside needs some work. The vinyl top is cracking. Interior is in very good shape, power seat seems to work fine. Radio is aftermarket and worked we first got it but does not now. Tires are fair. The front passenger door sometimes sticks from the outside or it needs a lever inside the door fixed. Power windows seem to work fine, body is in very good shape. Needs hood/ trunk struts replaced. I looked online and for the hood they were $20 a pair. The windshield has a crack along the bottom. This car is not mint by far but in very good shape. Needs things fixed as described. Sold as is.
