Vehicle Detail
Selling my old pick up. Inspected till Mar 2015. Gauges work, brand new gas tank & straps, has an edelbrock intake, dual exhaust w/ headers (needs work/has holes), seat is dirty but in really good shape for the year. Might be a very small area that's cracked on the drivers side. The motor is a stock 305 with msd ignition and wires, still runs and always starts but leaks oil a bit, tranny is solid 3spd but needs a new seal, rear axle has POSI 2wd high geared for open road/better gas mileage, has the larger radiator for a 350 and an electric fan so it never over heats... The drivability is poor, you cannot drive this beast home without brakes (or can at your own risk after I have cash in hand)! It needs a soft line up front, I think the master cylinder went, and mid hard lines spliced at the hole, e-brake needs a little tinkering but the cables are all new and the rear brake shoes, line, and hardware are all new... The trucks $800 but comes with 2-3 extra rims, two extra almost new tires, a 4 barrel carb set up, has a 2 barrel carb on it. I think it has heavy springs in the rear and I think I have spring helpers for heavier weight if I can find them. This truck is more for somebody who needs a project. Frame is great and there's a lot of potential. Was my daily driver till the brakes went and exhaust broke at a point or two. Really it needs to be looked at because the body is rough and it's been backed into a couple times.. Cab and bumpers in great shape... It was my beater that I planned on turning into a rat rod like 5th wheel hauler monster and wanted a bigger motor in it. But I need more room and less projects.
