Up for Auction , with NO reserve, is a 1963 VW Bug convertible. This car has been in Southern California for its entire life until Dec. 2014 when it was moved up to Washington. The gentleman that purchased this car from the owner in California ended up having serious health issues and couldn't keep the car. We purchased it to sell here on eBay. The car is very solid. Has all new brakes, handles great, runs good, has a brand new top, new tires, a CD stereo, custom alarm system, the body is very straight with a slight dent in the passengers rear fender (hard to see). The paint is in pretty good condition. There are some imperfections. Its not prefect! But the over all appearance is very nice. The heater works great. Steering is very tight. The interior is in good shape. No rips or tears. Carpet is nice. Floors are solid. All the lights work all. There is almost no rust. There is a bit under the passengers side frame. See in pictures. There are 3 boxes of extra parts. Also some brand new parts (sun visors, window handles, drivers door arm rest, driver and passengers out side mirrors). Has original steering wheel. Transmission shifts nicely and all 4 plus reverse gears work well The engine starts easily and runs great, There are no signs of leaks. The engine compartment & engine are very clean. Over all, this car is a very nice, solid, 52 year old classic Bug. This car could easily be fixed up to be a "Show winning classic". As it is now, it gets much attention and positive comments.
