I am selling my 1981 Volkswagen 9-passenger Vanagon. It is from Florida, and is super SOLID, SOLID, SOLID. This is a rare model, the only one I've ever seen, and the only one currently for sale in the entire United States. If you are looking for a model that no one else has, this is it. It does not come with a motor, but it is an air cooled model with set up for a carburetor, so putting one in won't prove to be too difficult. All of the engine tin, a fuel injection system, extra misc parts, etc, is included in the sale. It just needs the engine and exhaust. It has an automatic transmission. The van has a very unique interior set-up, with no walk-thru. It has a driver bucket, and a double seat with 2 headrests on the passenger front. The middle bench is a full length with a fold down for rear passengers. And no, I will not sell the middle bench separate from the van. (I've been offered a lot for that bench!) The van spent most of it's life in Florida, so it is incredibly solid. The seams are spotless. There are 2 very small rust holes under 2 windows, the rear hatch window, and the rear passenger side window. It also needs a rear bumper.
