Vehicle Detail
Description: If you know anything about vans, then you know that the Ford E-Series has been going strong for decades and is one of the best van bases for conversions. This Roll-A-Long conversion van is no exception. At 114,000 miles, it's barely 1/3 through it's life span, and the entire van looks great inside and out. The engine is a 5.4L V-8 that has more than enough power to carry seven passengers with a 5,000lb trailer. I personally have pulled a 3,800lb trailer with no issues, and I believe that the hitch is rated for 10,000lbs. The exterior gray paint is still nice and shiny, though there is a small dent in one of the rear doors (as seen in the photos). The spacious and plush seats are upholstered in gray leather (feels like you're driving in a lazy boy), with gray carpeting, and wood trim throughout for a nice more contemporary look. All of the windows have pull down blinds and curtains for privacy, and there is mood lighting throughout the back. There is a television and VHS player in the upper compartment in the rear that seem to work (they both turn on, but I don't have any tapes to try out), and the sound system throughout is amazing to say the least. It has both cd, and cassette players that both work well, and a rear cd player that doesn't seem to work. The rear bench seat folds down to make a nice bed for camping, and all of the seats are removable in case you wanted to haul something without a trailer. The tires are in great shape and have tons of life left. The battery is brand new and was just installed, as were the windshield wipers. There is NO RUST on the underside of the vehicle, and a spare tire is included. Overall this van is in great shape, and would make an excellent work or vacation vehicle for you and your family. If you have any questions about the van, please message me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. On Feb-20-15 at 12:50:16 PST, seller added the following information: Oh, I forgot to mention that the van has a fist size steel port mounted in the floor that I believe is meant to hold a table... but I really don't know much about it. You can kind of see it in one of the photos.
