1976 Honda CB550, custom ordered, finished about 2 months ago (customer had something come up and needs to liquidate some of his toys), only about 200 miles have been put on it since it’s completion, no problems, excellent condition, 100% restoration/ cafe custom, ready to rock, bill of sale filled out, not in DMV system!! Bike is located at our shop, come by to view in person(9am-6pm M-F), call or email for any other questions. Frame: Everything is powder coated gloss black, all unnecessary tabs cut off, holes welded, seat hoop welded in and custom made battery box under seat cowl. Bodywork: Gas tank, rear seat and fender are painted painted to look like brushed aluminum with a flat clear over it & black logos. Engine: Motor has a new big bore kit, complete valve job, all new gaskets and oil seals, cases were split to verify all inside components were in great condition and nothing was worn out, motor was painted a high temp black and all covers were painted semi gloss black, 4 into 1 Yoshi style exhaust(cut down) and heat wrapped, clear points cover, new spark plug wires with GL1000 coils. Misc. all new zinc plating on all factory Honda items (nuts, bolts, springs, spacers) All chrome parts re-chromed all new wheel bearings new chain tapered head bearing conversion new Lossa clubman bars new grips new clutch lever, mirror and throttle new clutch and throttle cables Lossa seat with distressed tan leather upholstery and matching storage bag dry cell battery completely wired from scratch new tubes and tires, 110/ 19″ front and 130/18″ rear wheels were trued then powder coated semi gloss black forks rebuilt, new seals and fork gators Magura master cylinder, new black stainless braided brake line and caliper rebuilt Lossa brand l.e.d. tail light UNI pod filters carbs completely rebuilt and jetted properly modern style rectifier/ regulator combo stainless steel socket head bolts were used throughout new rear shocks New speedo new spark plugs and NGK plug ends custom pegs drilled rotor
