Up for sale primarily to those familiar with the Volvo P80 series of cars. and ready to carry out minor repairs. I previously had this vehicle posted here on Ebay and then realized that I wasn't quite ready to get rid of it. As of last week I finally parked it when a wheel bearing failed. Although a relatively minor repair, I thought maybe after having had the vehicle 10 years, it was an opportune time to indulge in a vehicle/project that I wanted to do for some time now (e.g.: Volvo 240 with a V8 conversion). So I will consider the sell of this V70 my seed money for that forthcoming project. For the price of a front wheel bearing/hub ($50-$70), an upper oil cooler hose which presently is dripping slow and steady when the vehicle is at idle ($80-$130) and a smog check ($30-$50), you once again have a daily driver. For those well versed with the Volvo "white block" engine series, you know they're known for running up to 500,000 miles. All registration fees are paid for (* the vehicle just needs to be smogged).
