I am selling this completely original, absolutely stunning, survivor 1949 Plymouth Special Deluxe 4-door sedan to help settle an estate. This car has been extremely well cared for, garage kept and babied since new. This car has an excellent straight, rust free body that has spent most of its life in Oklahoma. It has amazing original paint with only a few spots that have been rubbed through over the years. The entire interior is absolutely gorgeous from the headliner, to the seats and door panels, and the fantastic dash and wood grain. The chrome, stainless and hubcaps are also brilliant. The undercarriage is also in excellent condition with no rust. The engine compartment and entire car are highly detailed and ready for the most discriminating of buyers. The tires are in great condition and the car runs, drives, sounds, shifts and brakes the way it did when it was new. It is a pleasure to drive. The doors shut like new and the windows roll up and down perfect. All the lights, turn signal and horn work perfect. The radio comes on but does not pick up stations well. With only 67,040 original miles, it still has its original flathead 6 cylinder engine and 3 speed transmission. The emergency brake also works great. This car is in need of nothing.
