I am selling my wife's 2005 Volvo XC90. It has the great Yamaha V8 motor and AWD. The vehicle drives straight, the motor pulls through all of the gears, and it is quiet on the highway. Since you are looking at Volvos, you know it has every airbag available, blind spot warning systems, and high strength steel around the pasenger compartment. This thing is a TANK! I believe that we are the second owners, we bought with 40,000 Miles in the San Fernando Valley. My wife has added an additional 28,000 miles over the last 3 years or so- mainly commuting back and forth to work in Orange County California. As far as I know this is a California car. We have all of our maintenance records but none from the previous owner. It does look like they had the vehicle serviced at Galpin in the Valley if you are interested in retrieving the old records. All systems work: electric seats, seat heaters, cd changer, sun roof, etc. We have never even used the third row seats. The car drives and handles very well. For full disclosure, the car is not perfect...it is just turning 10 years old: I have tried to document all exterior blemishes as best as possible. While there are no dents or curb rash, there are some flaws in the paint. This was the case when we bought the car, but since then we have kept it washed, waxed, and garaged during our ownership. I have attached photos that show the paint flaws. The tires are in great condition and have approximately 10,000 miles. My goal is to represent this car as accurately as possible to facilitate a smooth transaction. I will include two keys, only one is operational. The other is a blank that would need to be cut and programmed for the car (unknown cost). I will also include all prior service records, which includes a recent replacement of the fuel rail sensor and oil change. We keep the cruise control set under 70mph on long trips and ruitinely average over 30mpgs (this is near sea level on flat roads). But keep in mind, this V8 has over 300hp and your mileage will vary greatly depending on driving habits.Please ask any questions before bidding.
