Implied Warranty
- Vehicles with 36,000 miles or less has implied warranty for 90 DAYS/4000 MILES whichever occurs first
- Vehicles with over 36,000 miles but less than 80,000 miles has implied warranty for 60 DAYS/3000 MILES whichever occurs first
- Vehicles with 80,000 miles or more but less than 100,000 miles has implied warranty for 30 DAYS/1000 MILES whichever occurs first
- Vehicles with more than 100,000 miles. Will be render safe to drive on the road at the time of pick up/delivery.
For all implied warranties if any repairs are required buyer must contract us and must bring vehicle at our location for repair. We will fix it free of cost if required. All repairs must be completed at our location only. No repair/transportation reimbursment will be issued. Transportation/shipping to and from our facility is 100% buyers responsibility. We recommended buyer to buy a service contract for peace of mind if you are buying vehicle from a far distance and bringing the vehicle back could be costly or impractical. Ask us for service contract.

If you are nonpaying bidder, you will be held liable for re-listing fee and you shall at seller option will be liable for sellers actual damages or forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages.
Returns: We have no question ask return policy at the time of pick up or 3-days/100 miles which ever comes first. Buyer should only register vehcile to his name once satisfied with the purchase. Buyer must contact us within 72hrs or 100 miles which ever comes first through eBay. Vehicle must not have more than 100 additional miles and must be in the same conditions as stated on the original bill of lading from the transportation companay and in same conditon as it was at the time of pick up. Vehicle and title must be shipped back to us within 7-days of its arrival. On all returns shipping and handling is 100% buyers responsibility. Buyer will receive full refund minus vehicle shipping charges if any and minus any damage accrued to vehicle while in the possession of the buyer or transportaion company. We are not authorize to reimburse for any transportaion, shipping, plane tickets or repairs.
