Condition Description: I used the Kelly Blue Book condition estimator to describe the vehicles condition as “Fair” – this is the most modest assessment available. Verified by CarFax, please note the following about this vehicle: No total loss; No structural damage; No airbag deployment; No indication of an odometer rollback; No accidents; and No open recalls. Features are described above. In terms of the exterior condition, including the paint and body, there are two major dents w missing paint and rust (see photographs). No other paint or body work has been performed, other than some minor work after a stereo was stolen (thus the security system). The frame is unaltered. The exterior lights and lenses have scratches and discoloration (see photographs). Windshield glass has a spider crack. The wheels have minor scratches and scrapes. The interior upholstery and carpet is worn. There is no odor of smoke or mold, but this issue is a subjective assessment. There are not a lot of electronics in the car (windows, locks, radio, NAV, etc...), but those that are available are all fully functional. The hatchback is functional, but the hatch will not stay open in cold weather - in California, this is less than 8 degrees Celsius. Mechanical engine/transmission service is needed. In warm/hot conditions, when the vehicle is stationary, the engine temperature indicator needle rises to redline. When the car is in motion, the needle drops to normal. There are no other observable symptoms. This could be a sensor problem or something more serious – I chose not to invest the money to have the problem assessed and bought a new car instead. The catalytic converter was replaced in June, 2008. The engine, radiator, and water pump were replaced by Mel Rapton Honda in April, 2011 – at that time, the car had 169,342 miles on it. There is minimal wear on the steering. The suspension is functional, but will bottom out on speed bumps. The AC and the heater are fully functional. The AC compressor was replaced in April, 2005. The brakes currently have 50% remaining. The tires are not matching and wear varies from almost new to 50% of tread. It has a clean title. I have a file of maintenance/records that are available for inspection. It has passed all emissions test. Features: All features described above. History: Verified by CarFax, there have been 2 owners, including me. I purchased this vehicle used from Dodge of Vacaville in July of 2003. There was one prior owner. I have the Certificate of Title.
