Vehicle Detail
I have for sale my 2008 BMW 550i. The car is truly one of a kind and the options it has sets it apart.CarbonBlack on BlackSport MultiContour Seats Cold Weather Package (Steering Wheel and Seat heaters)Adaptive Swaybar suspension (No adaptive steering). Perfect combo as adaptive steerign is a troubling item on all e60sLane change assist.Adaptive Bi-Xenon Headlight. The headlights actually turn and follow the roadHUD Heads Up Display Rear and Door window shades Premium Logic 7 audio Comfort access (keep the key in your pocket to open and start the car) Added Features:Real Black Alcantara Suede Headliner. This only came on E60 M5 cars and was added at a pretty expensive priceMaintenance:The same shop that did the upgrades, also has performed a LOT of maintenance work. 1) Oil / filter change2) Automatic transmission service. This was a really expensive job as the shop actually replaced the valve body, did software updades, flushed new fluids and got new filter.3) Engine Service. Valve cover gaskets replaced, oil pressure sensor gasket replacement, Vacuum pump gasket replacement, Chain tensioner replacement and few other small things4) MAF was replaced5) Navigation CCC Brain was replaced. Yet another problem that has affected every 2004 to 2009 5 series6) Complete Coolant System was serviced The car has few scrapes on the hood and front bumper, a normal wear and tear for a car that is driven daily. Also the rims have excessive curb rash, but that happened before I was the owner. The car has 140K miles. Yes, you can buy a 120K miles car for about the same price and you will be stuck with thousands of dollars in repair bills. Navigation system repair was $1100 to replace and code correctly by that shop. This car on other hand, already has all major maintenance done and will run for another 100K miles with only minor work down the road. The only reason Im selling this car after I invested so much money into it is because I just picked up a 2014 BMW diesel and that car is a bit more practical for me. The car is owned by me and the car is CLEAN TITLE. Im not a dealer, just a bmw enthusiast and know a lot about this car.
