Up for bid is my wife's one owner 2004 VW Jetta TDI 5 manual transmission. It has 221,499 actual miles and has been serviced every 5,000 miles at the same shop. It starts, runs and drives fine. The transmission shifts flawlessly. The air conditioning and heating both work fine. It has just had new rear brake pads and rotors installed professionally. The radio and CD player also work as they should. The tires are good and have lots of miles left on them. The floor mats are new from VW and three of them are still in the plastic. The driver's seat is worn in the usual spot. The shop informed us that the Turbo is weak and the power is down somewhat. It is not noticed in "normal" driving but is noticeable when on the throttle. I thought about having the car checked out by a VW dealer but decided to purchase another car for her. I still have my 2004 VW TDI manual. NO RESERVE AUCTION! On Dec-31-14 at 15:21:07 PST, seller added the following information: I am vacuuming out car. It will still need to be detailed because of wife and 2 yr. old. I will give $50.00 credit to have it detailed. I will have interior pictures tomorrow.On Jan-03-15 at 11:49:46 PST, seller added the following information: Headlight switch. Parking lights, turn signals, high beams, four ways and running headlights all work. The low beam headlights do not. I drove the car yesterday for 3 miles so the mileage went up.
