I have put my old cbx up for sale because of the weight my ankles don't need it from oilfield injuries ,just don't mess with it no more,anyway,best bidder takes it and may be going up for sale here soon as well,any offers will be considered too this bike was custom painted this year,and valve cover was chromed,and foot peg brackets,motor brackets at front,and I think the radiator cooler brackets and clutch cover were powder coated.i was planning on running my old kerker canister 6-1 header on it because of the sound and beauty,the header was made for a short time only,and looks very similar to the dg header,i do have a set of 5 k&n air cleaners that can go on carbs too,i think they need to be cleaned out from sitting,i do know the battery is weak or probably not any good no more by now,probably good enough to charge up and start motor but not good enough to power the spark units needed to fire as good as they should,i know my 1989 Kawasaki zx7s wont act right if battery is weak anyway,bike still has centerstand and works fine with header being on bike too,so if interested in bike bid and take it,because im not going to attempt to ride it.i added accel yellow wires to bike,and have a spare set of carbs for a cbx that were being tore down and the shop broke off an air screw I believe it was,and then tried to drill it out,,these carbs go with it too,and a set of flatbars for it too,clip on style,bike may need throttle grips because left one is torn I think,the 6-2 factory exhaust can go with it too,buyer pays shipping,for good shippers,try jc motorcycle shippers,and I hear r&l is good too and may carry extra pieces along that go with this bike,title is clear also,any questions text me because when I go to farm on weekends I have no internet there,361-562-1720,most of the time im there on weekends bike paint job was copied after the monument to horsepower,a cbx that was probably the most beautifulest in world,look it up on internet, the front fairing was added to bike,but can be removed too,thanks
